He was predeceased by: his parents, John Uhlrich and Elizabeth Radcliff Uhlrich; his wife Patricia Haas; and his grandchildren, Alicia and Robby.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Kruser (Kevin) of Dubuque, Christine Uhlrich of Dubuque, Mike Uhlrich of Dubuque, Steve Uhlrich (Paula) of North Liberty, Julie Koontz (Mike) of Dubuque, Greg (Kelly) and Kerry Elliott (John) of Dubuque. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; along with his brothers and sisters-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
