He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Casel and Eileen Casel (Carew); his in-laws, Oscar and Cecilia Welter; and his siblings, Geraldine Althoff (Charles) and Norbert Welter (Margaret).
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Welter; and his sons, Kevin of Kansas City, MO, Mark (Susan), Greg (Julie) and Jim Columbus (late Roberta). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of plants & flowers a Paul Casel Memorial Fund has been established.
