He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Lori Foley (Paul) of St. Paul, MN, Lisa Kupferschmidt (Scott) of Dubuque, Linda Oberbroeckling of Cedar Rapids, IA and Larry Oberbroeckling (Tami) of Safety Harbor, FL; his grandchildren, Megan Foley, Ally Foley, Ben Donovan, Jake Donovan, Tanner Oberbroeckling and Jadie Schmeckel (Gavin); his great grandchildren, Veronica and Melody; and his siblings, James J. Oberbroeckling (Alice) of Coggon, IA and Eileen Donovan of Dubuque.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Church of the Resurrection and Hawkeye Care Center.
