She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Urbain and Irene Urbain (Casey); her sisters, Mary K Lassance, Donna Flynn, Elaine Decker, JoAnn Adams and Monica O'Brien; and her parents-in-law, Dave Lassance, Ruth Urbain, John Flynn, Bud Decker, Lloyd Sweeney and Don Lindauer.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce; her children, Jody Turkal (Mark) of Tiffin, IA, Jill Cottrell (Tom) of Dubuque, Jay Cottrell (Sarah) of Dubuque, Tina Welu (Dennis) of Dubuque, Tracy Joos (Gary) of Dubuque and Anne Williams (TJ) of Dubuque; her siblings, Jerome Urbain, Jane Sweeney and Ellen Lindauer; and her brother-in-law Joe O'Brien. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
A Nora Cottrell Memorial Fund has been established.
