He was predeceased by: his parents, George Henson and Audrey Henson (France). He is survived by: his nephews, Eli, Drew Weidemann, Ellie, JT Blok, Wyatt and Sienna Aleshire; his sibling Tyra Kutsch (Lenny) of Dubuque; his nieces and nephews, Kirsten Weidemann (Joshua) and Lindsey Blok (Brendan); his brother Tom Henson (Susanne) of Marion; his nieces and nephews, Lauren Aleshire (Jeff) and Luke Henson; his sister Karin Egan (Joe) of Park Ridge, IL; and his nephews, Matt Egan, Brad Egan and Greg Egan (Megan).
Memorials may be given in honor of Neil to the Dubuque Bicycle Co-op, the Dubuque Rescue Mission, and First Congregational UCC in Dubuque.
