He is survived by: his wife Jean Welter; his children, Vicki Leonard (Patrick), Vivian Bannon (Dan), Valorie Schmitt (Kevin) and Patrick Vance (Wendy); his grandchildren, Kristin Bertsch (Andy), William Leonard, Edward Leonard (Emily), Lauren Peters (Michael), Danielle Brachman (Andrew), Brianna Bannon, Andrew Bannon, Peter Schmitt (Libbey), Rachel Schmitt, Mitchell Schmitt (Belle), Greg Vance (Heather), Whitney Lovik (Ben), Bailey Vance (Brock Kruser) and Macy Vance; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Dylan, Kanner, Joseph Bertsch, Delcie, Maxon Leonard, Leon Torres, Archie Leonard, William, Jacob, Charlotte Brachman, Liam, Eleanor Schmitt and Gage Vance; his in-laws, Laura Miller, Rita Osterberger and David Welter (Dawn); his uncle Wayne Folsom; and his in-laws, Jim Miller and Dick Osterberger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Holy Family Catholic School or the Holy Spirit Rosary Society.
