He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Allendorf of Dubuque; his children, Carrie Gates (Josh) of Platteville, WI and Jeff Allendorf of Platteville, WI; and his sisters, Kim Harrell (Guy) of Mulberry, FL, Kristin Brosnan of Dubuque and Linda Flannery of Dubuque.
