He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Nauman and Laura Koltes Nauman; his grandson Shannon McDermott; his son-in-law Joe McDermott; and his siblings, Jerry Nauman, Meralda McGovern and Charlene Riniker.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann "Pat" Klein; his children, Terry Nauman (Cathy) of Dubuque, Sandy Klein (Steve) of Peosta, Cindy McDermott (Steve Hahlen) of Peosta and Tim Nauman (Chris) of Robins, IA; and his grandchildren, Stacey Abbitt (Luke), Eric Nauman (Lisa), Stephanie Kelzer (Bob), Jeremy Klein, Amber Gotto (Jon), Austin Nauman (McKenna) and Emily Nauman (Spencer Dempewolf).
