It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Kelly (Dubuque, Iowa), born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 14, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Felix Daniel and Florence Catherine Urban; her children, Mary Beth O'Connor (John), Kevin Kelly (Carrie), Molly Martis (Paul), Mike Kelly (Jane) and Caroline Bauer (Dave); her grandchildren, Michael O'Connor (Jen), Katie Quann (Philip), John O'Connor, Patrick O'Connor (Cierra), Will Kelly, Danny Kelly and John Kelly; her husband Philip T. Kelly; and her brother Thomas L. Urban. She was also cherished by eleven great grandchildren.
