She is survived by: her children, Mike Melssen of Henderson Nevada, Diane Kieffer of Dubuque, Mark Melssen (Sue Kemp) of Dubuque and Mary Jo Jaeger (Rick) of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Sarah Hefel (Jeff), Katie Helbing, Matt Jaeger (Christi), Brianna Zeimet, Emily Birch (Blaise), Marisa Melssen, Andrew, Chase, Lydia, Anneliese, Sophia, Mason, Holden, Corbin, Jolie, Auggie and Eli; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Luber of Dubuque.
