He is survived by: his wife Julie Coder (Ortgies) of Asbury, IA; his stepson Claudio Ordonez of Asbury, IA; his parents, James Coder and Carolyn Coder (Gerdts) of Letts, IA; and his siblings, Pam Coder of Davenport, IA and Lee Coder of Letts, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be sent to the Hospice of Dubuque, the Dubuque Food Pantry, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
