It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Bailey of Dubuque, Iowa, born in Wauzeka, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 4, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Nelson and Elsie Rose McCarthy (Lathrop); and her brothers, James, Raymond and Donald.
She is survived by: her husband Chuck of Dubuque; her children, Brian Bailey of Iowa City, James Bailey (Robin) of LaVernia, TX, Kimberly Algarra (Nicolas) of Gainesville, FL and Daniel Bailey (Nancy) of Winona, MN; her grandchildren, Nicole, Kyle, Craig, Tiffany, Amy, Donald, Nicolas, Lauren, Nathan, Zachary, Allison, Stephany and Lizbeth; her great grandchildren, Jordan, Luka, Liliana, Curtis, Leia-Claire, Emmalin, Jackson and Kristin; her sisters, Virginia Culver of New Berlin, WI and Mary Alice Osterhaus of Prairie du Chien, WI; and her sisters-in-law, Rosemary McCarthy of Wauzeka and Mary Beth McCormick of Oak Park, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
