With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luanne Stella Norton of Dubuque, Iowa, born in Lamont, Iowa, who passed away on October 5, 2024 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Luanne Stella Norton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerhardt Buscher and Elsie Buscher (Martens); her husband Donald F. Norton; and her brothers-in-law, Billy, Steve, Dennis Norton and Bob Brunscheen.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Norton of Dubuque, Brock Norton (Beth) of Dexter, IA and Chrysanne Reding (Ron) of Dubuque; and her grandchildren, Alexa and Landry.
