Lois G. Reuter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2023, Lois G. Reuter of Dubuque, Iowa, born in Ionia, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cimmiyotti and Helen Cimmiyotti (Fischbach); her parents-in-law, Sylvester and Celestine Reuter; her grandson Adam Birkett; her siblings, Leola Brady and Stanley Cimmiyotti; and her siblings-in-law, Glenn Bade, Paul Ritter, Sharon Cimmiyotti, Janet Cimmiyotti, Pat Brady, Lois Green (Arnold), Clem Reuter, Harlan Reuter, Leonard "Jack" Reuter and Jim Reuter (Darlene).

She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Reuter; her children, Jeff Reuter (Dianna) of Iowa City, Jerry Reuter (Julie) of Basin, Mike Reuter (Kerry) of Sherrill, Julie Sunne (Dave) of Strawberry Point, Sherri Birkett (Greg "Pete") of Durango and Dave Reuter (Teresa) of Holy Cross; her grandchildren, Nicholas (Ashley), Mitchell Reuter, Joshua Reuter (Emilie), Bekki Spencer (Cody), Cal Reuter, Ashley Shafer (Steven), Kimberley Reuter, Daniel, Zachary, Rachel, Joseph Sunne (Brooke), Benjamin, Samantha Birkett, Cole and Luke Reuter; her siblings, Jackie Ritter of Charles City, Ronald Cimmiyotti of Charles City, Marlys Bade of Oakdale and Gordon Cimmiyotti (Sandy) of Stacyville; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Cimmiyotti of Sargeant and Betty Reuter of Key West. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
