She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Lex and Theresa Lex (Theisen); and her siblings, Eileen and Donald. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Alice Lex. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great- nieces and nephews; and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice of Dubuque and/or Resurrection Church.
