She was predeceased by: her parent Glen Koetz; her brother Donald; her brother-in-law Jim Blocklinger; and her parents-in-law, Marian and Leonard Blocklinger.
She is survived by: her mother Donna Koetz (Schueller); her husband Mark Blocklinger; her children, Kali Blocklinger (Karson Peterson) of Dubuque and Brad Blocklinger (Hannah) of Dubuque; her siblings, Ronald "Spider" Koetz (Deb), Sharon Link (Dan), Sandy Ludovissy (Neal) and Mary Kay Koetz; and her in-laws, John Blocklinger (Carolyn), Tom Blocklinger (Karen) and Mike Blocklinger (Denise). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Funeral Home and Crematory (2659 John F Kennedy Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Parish- Sacred Heart (2215 windsor Ave, Dubuque, IA 52001).
Memorials may be given to Holy Family Catholic Schools.
