She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Welbes (Mike) of Asbury, IA and Stacey Makovec (Andy) of Dubuque, IA; her grandchildren, Nolan, Carter and Parker Welbes; her sister Betty McGovern of Dubuque, IA; her sisters-in-law, Julie Tigges of Dubuque, IA and Gail Tigges of Dubuque, IA; her close friend Deb Wright of Dubuque, IA; and her caregiver Pam.
