He is survived by: his children, Patrick Johnson (Shari) of Asbury, Laurie Ann Dolphin (Terry) of Cascade, Michael Johnson (Geraldine) of Dubuque, Kevin Johnson (Rhonda) of Swiss Valley and Daniel Johnson (Jennifer) of Johnsburg; his grandchildren, Rachel Johnson, Kenny Johnson, Addison Johnson, Calvin Johnson, Sydnie Schilling, Spencer Schilling, Katelyn Czipar (Tyler), Collin Dolphin (Melissa), Nick Dolphin, Erica Johnson, Autumn Johnson, Sean Johnson, Emma Johnson, Ben Johnson and Ellie Johnson; and his sisters, Mary Ann Steiner of Michigan, Chris Johnson of Dubuque, Sally Roy Boyton of Dubuque and Jean Koch of East Dubuque. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
