Kathryn Sloan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathryn Sloan of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on April 5, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Etteldorf and Emma Etteldorf (Zweibohmer); her husband Donald W. Sloan; and her son-in-law Peter Coffrin. She is survived by: her children, Steven Sloan (Julie) of Dubuque and Sue Sloan Coffrin of Williston, VT; her grandchildren, Philip Sloan of Dubuque, Katie McCabe (Dan) of Iowa City, IA, Stephanie Flamich (Luke) of Dubuque, Benjamin Sloan of Dubuque, Nikolas Coffrin (Cat) of Stowe, VT, Daniel Coffrin of Portland, Alexander Coffrin of Boston, MA and William Coffrin of Boston, MA.; and her great grandchildren, Emilia Coffrin, Dylan Coffrin, Norah Flamich and Cameron McCabe.
Kay requested that no flowers be sent. Any memorials will be donated to some of Kay's favorite charities.
