She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Palmer (Chick) and Kathryn Palmer (Brennan); her husband Carl Noel (Andy); her son Bruce Noel; and her siblings, Carl, Merlin, Don (Ding), Helen, Mary and Harriet.
She is survived by: her children, Tom Noel (Kathy) of Dubuque, Janice Dierickx (Tom) of Mendenhall, MS and Jim Noel (Melissa) of Miamisburg, OH; her grandchildren, Joe, Nick, Jake, Anthony, Phillip, Alaina, Jenny, Megan and David; and her sister Isabelle Hutter (Izzy) of Dubuque. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren.
In-lieu of flowers, the family asks for any donations to be given to Holy Spirit - Holy Ghost Catholic Church in her name.
