She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey David, Joseph Robert Howe (Tonya) of Dubuque, IA and Brian John Howe (Kendra) of Sioux City, IA.. She is also survived by grandchildren, and nine cherished great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to the Dubuque Regional Humane Society.
