It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce (McWilliams) Connors of Dubuque, Iowa, born in Cuba City, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 15, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dominic J. McWilliams and Mary Louise McWilliams (Richardson); her husband Tom of Dubuque; her daughters, Paula Connors (Paul Opperman) of Dubuque and Jill Connors (Rob Reinert) of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Cecilia Fernandes, Violet Fernandes, Nicholas Reinert and Aubrey Reinert; her daughter Jennifer C. Hill of Chicago, IL; her grandchild Parker Hill; her son Michael D. Connors (Amy) of Evansville, WI; her grandchildren, Hailey Connors, Biz Connors and Tim Connors; her siblings, Ruth Ann Summers (Bob) of Cuba City, Marie McWilliams of Platteville, WI, Kenneth McWilliams of Cuba City, WI and James McWilliams (Donna) of Hastings, MN; her sister-in-law Carol McWilliams; and her nephews, Rick Flint and Alan Flint. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
