We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2023, at the age of 59, Joseph L. Kopp of Dubuque, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kopp and Rita Kopp (Grant); and his brother David Kopp. He is survived by: his wife Trish Kopp of Dubuque; his daughter Olivia Kopp (Dominick Loomis) of Iowa City, IA; his siblings, Jim Kopp (JoAnn) of Dubuque, John Kopp (Debbie) of Davenport, Jerry Kopp (Cathy) of Dubuque and Joyce Avenarius (Dick) of Dubuque; his parents-in-law, Pat and Nelda Kennedy of Placid; and his sisters, Kim Maahs (Tony) of Epworth, Cherie Kennedy of Placid, Annette Anstoetter (Kevin) of Epworth, Lynn Ambrosy (Merle) of Placid, Kelly Stecklein (Jeff) of Placid and Peg Gaul (Jeff) of Cascade. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
