He is survived by: his siblings, Sue Kline (Bob Jones), Ron Steuer (Joyce), Tom Steuer (Bev), Cathy Spahn and Patti Derby (Dave); his stepfather John Hess; and his nieces and nephews, Nathan, Angie, Jason, Cortney, Katherine of Brittany, TJ, Heather, Heidi, Jesse, Hannah, Tina, Marcus, Andrew, Missy and William.

In lieu of flowers a John Steuer memorial fund will be established.
