We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2023 we had to say goodbye to John E. Dunwoody Sr. of Dubuque, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dunwoody and Virginia Dunwoody; his brother Richard "Dick"; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Noel, Jim Noel, Buddy Noel, Delbert Noel and Billy Noel.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Marie Dunwoody; his sons, John Jr. (Lori), Donald (Terry) and Kevin (Mona); his grandchildren, Emily, Abbey and Jonathan; his brothers, Tom (Connie) and Frank (Sun); his aunt Gail Reiter; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Nilson (Gary), Jackie Noel, Darlene Noel and Shirley Noel.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be donated to Hospice of Dubuque.
