He is survived by: his close friend Sadeegirl; his wife Janet M. Cocayne (Person); his daughters, Laurie Patterson (Whitney) and Lisa Peterson (Mitch); his stepson Scott Resch (Lynn); and his sisters-in-law, Pat Cocayne, Jerrie Cheffer, Meg Devine (Ian Grunberg) and JoAnn Lutz (Doc Muhlbaier). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, multiple nieces and nephews.
