She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence A. Splinter and Salome K. Splinter (Lange); her siblings, John Splinter (Polly) of Dubuque, IA, Judi Brooks (Ron) of Davenport, IA and Joe Splinter (Debbie) of Aquilla, TX; her nieces and nephews, Lisa Drahos (Charlie), Scott Splinter (Lisa), Jamie Wiggins (Eric), Jeff Splinter, Alicia Weber (Dustin), Erin Croll (Kenny Foust) and Justin Splinter; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicholas, Catrina, Jaylon, Landon, Cameron and Eliza; and also, Lilly and Hanah.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Behr Funeral Home (1491 Main St, Dubuque, IA 52001). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Parish - Sacred Heart (2215 Windsor Ave, Dubuque, IA 52001).
