She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Martin and Viola Ellen McPoland Cupps; her husband Leo Francis Neuses of Anthony's Catholic Church; her daughter Susan Hrabak; her son-in-law David Lammer; her siblings, Gerald Cupps (Virginia), Robert Cupps, Kenneth Cupps, Mary Ellen Johnson, Virginia Cupps and Barbara Freund (Richard); and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Neuses, Irvin Neuses (Marveen), Cyril Neuses, Marian Chapman (Stanley), Ken Konzen and Helen Kollman.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Lammer of Troy, IL, David Neuses (Rhonda Kirch) of Temple, TX and Larry Neuses of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Jessica Sifford (Bill), James Hrabak (Sarah Lowman), Michael Lammer (Alyssa Jennings), Rebekah Carter (Dan), Aaron Lammer (Rachael) and Angela Caddell (Craig); her great grandchildren, Adam, Katelee Caddell, Henry "Hank", Owen Hrabak, Chloe, Leo and Addison Carter; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Cupps, Margaret Neuses and Louanne Greene.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Birthright of Dubuque and Church of the Nativity.
