With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerome J. Welsh of Dubuque, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Welsh and Mary Welsh (Juergens); and his close friend Ray Cripe. He is survived by: his wife Cyndi Welsh (Cynthia Brade); his daughter Stephanie Kane (Michael); his grandchildren, Lexi Zimmerman (Talon), Branden Kane, Leah Kane (Coty Stanley) and Emma Kane (Kane Krabbenhoft); and his siblings, Rhonda Welsh, Kevin Welsh, Tim Welsh (Lori), Sandy Welsh (Gary Crider) and Debra Welsh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many forever friends.
