She is survived by: her parents, Richard Birch and Sandra Birch (Schlarmann); her siblings, Kevin Birch and Amber Galle (Brian); her nephew Brandon Birch (Grace); her nieces, Jayda Galle (Sawyer), Aaliyah Galle and Taylor Birch (Charlie); her stepson Uriah Smart; and her grandson Cadence Smart.

In lieu of flowers a Jennifer Smart memorial fund will be established.
