She was predeceased by: her mother Romalda "Rose" Magnalena VanHorne (Engling); her son Jamie; her parent Marion VanHorne; and her parents-in-law, Irvin and Anna Potts.
She is survived by: her spouse Gene Potts; her children, Jeff Potts (Barb), Joe Potts (Shannon), Jay Potts (Jackie) and Julie Timmerman (Kevin); her grandchildren, Kathryn Clarke (Jason), Abigail Bertsch (Blaine), Alexander Potts, Harrison Potts, Jonah Potts, Julien Potts, Maxwell Potts, Hannah Huston (Blake), Nicholas Timmerman (Lauren Montgomery), Ellie Timmerman (Casey Perrenoud) and Savanna Callies; and her great grandchildren, Monroe Clarke, Ledger Clarke, Penelope Bertsch and Gwendolyn Bertsch.
A prayer will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home & Crematory (3860 Asbury Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002). Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Resurrection (4300 Asbury Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002).
