It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Michael Schiesl of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on October 21, 2024, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Terri Urbain; his children, Josh Schiesl (Sara), Shelby Williams (Tim), Tess Coiner (Matt), Brady and Caine; his grandchildren, Pablo, Lila, Emery, Lazaro, Kesia, Fiona, Rupert, Ambrose and Emma; his mother MaryAnn Schiesl; his sisters, Sherri Moore (Stacey) and Dianne Schiesl; his parents-in-law, Larry and Linda Hoefer; his sisters-in-law, Shelley Rublaitus (Dennis) and Shawn Urbain; his nieces and nephews, Hannah, Lindy Rublaitus, Jason (Cassie), Madyson Moore, Jake and McKenna Urbain; and his pets, Huckleberry and Benny.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Dubuque Dream Center.
