She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold F. Kemler and Patricia Rapp Kemler; and her boyfriend Charles Muehlemann. She is survived by: her daughter Heidi Brown (Chris) of Southlake, TX; her grandchildren, Brooke and Lauren; her sisters, Linda Jump (Ron) of Moline, IL, Sandy Kemler of Dubuque, Karen Shaffer (Tom) of Dubuque and Connie Kemler of Dubuque; and her nieces and nephews, Chrissy Besler, Michael Jump, Katie Trujillo, Mac Jump, Andy Shaffer and Ben Shaffer.
A memorial has been established for the Dubuque County Humane Society.
