He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Watt and Leona J. Watt (Huinker); his close friend Deborah Dixon of Gastonia, NC.; and his friend Richard Kramer of Dubuque. He is survived by: his former wife Teresa Naab; his children, Jackie Dunn (Scott) of Ankeny, IA and Dr. James F. Watt (Lara) of Miramar Beach, FL; the mother of his children Teresa Watt of Davenport, IA.; his grandchildren, Alex, Katherine Dunn, Ava and Jack Watt; his siblings, Connie Vaassen (Gerry) of Dubuque, Carolyn Maiers (Brad Wieber) of Rosemount, MN and Gary Watt (Barbara) of Cary, NC; and his close friend Carol Riekena of Dubuque.
