James M. Tierney Obituary
In loving memory of James M. Tierney of Dubuque, Iowa, who departed this world on September 6, 2024 at the age of 74. James leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice James Tierney (Moe) and Helen Cecelia Tierney; and his sister Martha McDonald. He is survived by: his children, Colleen Tierney (Kraig Brody), Craig Tierney (Andrew Kemmerer) and Gregory Gard; his grandson Dain Stalder; his siblings, Midge Everett, Jean Mottet, Kate Haas, Mary Johnson, John Tierney and Trish Dietz; and his sister-in-law Joyce Tierney.
In lieu of flowers donations will be donated to the Jim Tierney fund which will provide assistance to Dubuque residents struggling with addiction and their road to recovery.
