It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L. Noel of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on October 8, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Noel and Delores Noel (Knockel). He is survived by: his former wife Imelda Reeg; his children, Josh Noel, Tabatha Noel-Patel (Snehal Patel) and Alycen Noel; his brothers, Dennis Noel (Linda), Darrell Noel (Lynn) and Kevin Noel; and his aunts, Donna Mae Westemeyer (Robert) and Rosie Baker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A James Noel Memorial Fund has been established.
