He is survived by: his wife Judy Clemen; his children, Amy Kinnally (Richard) of San Antonio and Dr. Andrew Kluesner (Meghan) of Champaign; his grandchildren, Christopher, Patrick Kinnally, Mary Kathryn, Claire, Sam, Anna and Peter Kluesner; his siblings, Lara Gehl (Jim) and Susan Hickey (Mike); his in-laws, Mary Palmer, Barb Hermsen (Fred), Tony Clemen (Karen) and Janet Clemen; his father-in-law Nick (Francis Clemen); his in-laws, Bill Clemen (Barb), David Clemen, Herbert Clemen, Charolette Clemen and Lowel Palmer; and his nephews, Richard Clemen, Derek Clemen and Scott Gehl.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Right to Life, Hospice of Dubuque, and Saint.
