We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2022, at the age of 81, James E. Kieffer of Dubuque, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kieffer and Genevieve Kieffer (Wagner); his daughter Roxanne Besler; and his siblings, Judy Allen and Jack Kieffer.
He is survived by: his wife Karen M. Ernst; his children, Lee Ann Ludwig (Ron "Tink") of LaMotte and Thomas Kieffer (Melissa) of LaMotte; his grandchildren, Brittney, Emily, Kalie, Aiden, Hunter, Rachael, Jill and Mitchel; and his brother-in-law Art Allen. He is also survived by his 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
