He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Wagner and Marie Wagner (Neyens); his sister Nancy Wagner; and his siblings-in-law, Sherry Ludowitz, Tom Murphy and Denny Pickel.
He is survived by: his wife Cheri Ludowitz of Mary's Church; his close friend Al Rowell; his daughters, Tammy Maas (T. J.) of Bluff City, TN and Crystal Campbell (Jeremy) of Dubuque, IA; his grandchildren, McKenzie, William Maas and Cali Bockenstedt; his siblings, Judy Burbach (Bill) of Kieler, WI, Phyllis Murphy (Terry Tigges) of Dubuque, IA, Tom Wagner (Ami) of Dubuque, IA and Norb Wagner (Connie) of Warsaw, MO; and his in-laws, Dianne Harris (Lyle), Kathy Schuster (Dick), Roxy Pickel, Danny Ludowitz (Laura), Randy Ludowitz (Rose) and Peter Ludowitz.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (1425 Iowa St, Dubuque, IA 52001). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
