He was predeceased by: his father James J. Welbes; and his grandfather Joseph R. Welbes. He is survived by: his mother Anastasia "Stacy" Garner; his siblings, Shelby Welbes (Blake), Alayna Tuzar (Vincent) and Carson Frommelt (Daniel); his grandparents, Daniel, Judy Garner and Lyndeen "Dino" Welbes; his uncle Daniel Garner; his cousin Evan Garner; and also Kim.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Behr Funeral Home (1491 Main St, Dubuque, IA 52001). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
