She was predeceased by: her parents, John Peter and Lena Hansen (Loeber). She is survived by: her husband Laverne Leo Behnke of Mary's Catholic Church; her children, Mike Behnke (Mitzi) of Murphy, TX, Ron Behnke (Teresa) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Cathy Rumbley (Jon) of Duluth, MN and Deb Anderson (Matt) of Des Moines, IA; her grandchildren, Noah, Ellison Rumbley, Caroline and Vivian Behnke; and also Monica Daly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, a memorial has been established for Hospice of Dubuque.
