He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert F. "Dinah" Bisping (Isabelle Bisping) and Mary J. "Betty" Grutz; his sister Georgia Glab (Tom); his grandson Colten Bisping; and his siblings-in-law, Robert "Bud" Groh and Lori Bisping.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Frey; his children, Michael Bisping (Kim Havey), Ann Wachtel (Jim), Robert Bisping (Jennifer Wardle) and Debra Bisping; and his siblings, Norman Bisping, Ronald Bisping, Leo Bisping, Bruce Bisping, Lynn Robinson (Roger), Donna Doctor (William), Susan Moore (Pat), George E. Herman, Janis Groh and Betty Frick (Bob Rapp). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a Herbert J. Bisping memorial fund has been established in his memory.
