He is survived by: his wife Linda Chapman of Dubuque; his children, Paul Goldstein (Sherri) of Dubuque, David Goldstein (Lynne) of Castle Rock and Beth Burgmeyer (Scott) of Norwalk, Iowa; his stepchildren, Becki Zenz N. (Jerry) and Patrick Fair (Kris); his grandchildren, Danielle Lee (Justin), Kenny, Elisha Goldstein, Joshua, Ben Burgmeyer and Noelle Goldstein; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan, Dylan Fair, Evan Fair and Kristin Zenz; and his brother Dr. Martin Goldstein (Annette) of Montreal, Canada..
