She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Williams and Hattie Williams (Zlabek); her husband Marty; her granddaughter Kaitlin Roth; and her siblings, Florence, Marjorie, Violet, Doris, Lyle, Bob, Kenneth and Harold.

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Schmitt (Dave) of North Liberty, IA and Deacon David Roth (Karen) of Dubuque, IA; her grandchildren, Marissa Dietzenbach, Michael Schmitt, Molly Weston (Neil), Matt Roth (Erin), Jacob Roth and Sam Roth; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Lacie, Jonah, Cora, Luka, Hadlee, Ian and Emersyn.

In lieu of flowers, a Geraldine Roth Memorial Fund has been established.
