With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geneva Rae Lairson of Dubuque, Iowa, born in Stuart, Iowa, who passed away on February 13, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Jones and Maxine L. Jones (Fuller); her mother-in-law Vera Houghtaling; her husband Bob Lairson; her daughter-in-law Sue Merical; and her granddaughter Jenna Kramer.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Merical of St. Louis, MO, Julie Haufe (Jeff) of Dubuque, IA and Dave Merical (Teri) of St. Louis, MO; her grandchildren, Haley Moore (Chris), Matthew Merical, Lyndsay Kramer, Jacob Kramer, Kennedy Merical (Nick) and Carson Merical; her great grandchildren, Vivienne and Jude Moore; and her siblings, Judy Edgington and Terry Jones (Denise).
