Huseman; his grandchildren, Makayla Rogers (Keenan), Dean Siefken (Chelsee), Isabella, Frankie Shepherd, Dominick Shepherd (Addison), Joseph Shepherd, Ayden Accola, Caleb, Calli, Chase and Christian Wise; his great grandchildren, Tristan, Isla Rogers, Emma and Piper Siefken; his sister Betty Meznarich (Jim) of Mendota, IL; his in-laws, Donna Schroeder (Joe) of Cuba City, WI, Wayne Huseman (Dora) of Dubuque, IA, Ken Huseman (Michelle) of Durango, IA and Ted Huseman (Jean) of North Aurora, IL; his daughters, Sally Ann and Susie Lynn Shepherd; his granddaughter Lorelai Shepherd; his in-laws, Audrey and Joyce Huseman; and his brother-in-law Mike Bruggeman.
A wake was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 3:45 PM at the Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory (2595 Rockdale Rd, Dubuque, IA 52003). Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Columbkille's Catholic Church (1240 Rush St, Dubuque, IA 52003).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in honor of Frank.
