She is survived by: her children, Eric Amundsen (Debbie) of The Woodlands, TX, Kurt Amundsen (Mary) of Shawnee, KS, Susan Amundsen of Dubuque, Karen May (William) of Dubuque and Sarah Funderburk (Terry) of Bridgeton, MO; her grandchildren, Dr. Lindsey May (Kelen Eddy), Dr. Emily McGuire (Scott), Stephanie Ludovissy (Jeff), Dr. Meghan Wendland (Jacob), Eric May (Emily), Jacob May, Abby Quick (T. J.), Katie Funderburk, Andrea Wagner (Kyle), Kristin Valicevic (Matt), Kalyn Tipton (John), Kelsey Silveira (Gui), Ryan Amundsen, Tyler Amundsen and Garrett Amundsen; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Brooklyn, Franny, Grace, Taylor, Jordyn, Brady, Palmer, Finn, Marley, Leo, Hendrix, Mila, Grayson, Gryffin, Kennady, Emersyn, Trey, Vincent, Sophia, Eric, Luke of Caleb, C. J, Cason, Camden, Olivia and Jon; and her brother Joe Ottavi (Louise) of Dubuque.

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for St. Anthony Catholic Church and Holy Family Catholic Schools.
