She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bennett and Myrtle Bennett (Purhnage); her husband Arnold Mootz; and her sons-in-law, Vernon Lex and Thomas Lambe.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Lex, Donna Lambe, Marylyn Staddon (Richard), Diane Hooks (John), Thomas Mootz (Carol), Robert Mootz, Elizabeth Mootz and Susan Herrig (Ned); her grandchildren, Brian, Jolene, Sheri, Stacey, Debbie, Susan, Angela, Timothy, Andrew, Jeremy, Aundrea, Jeff, Julie, Matthew Mootz, Christopher Herrig and Jennifer Hooks; and her great grandchild Alexis Rodriguez. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers; a Evelyn L. Mootz memorial fund will be established.
