She is survived by: her cousin Nancy Welty; her sisters, Carolyn Alftin (Clint) of Payette, ID and Lois Frazier of Cedar Rapids, IA; her sister-in-law Gretchen Johnson (Joel); her nieces and nephews, Henry Charles Haas III (Jamie), Jenni Chacon (Marty), Kerri Smith (Josh), Cindy Frazier, Jessica Frazier, Stephanie Rasmussen (Eric) and Heidi Walden; and her caregivers, MercyOne Dubuque, Clinics and Betty Jo. She is also survived by her family and friends.
