She is survived by: her son Steven Van Vleck (Pamela) of Dubuque; her grandson Evan Van Vleck of Dubuque; her sister Sharon Kay Jacobs of Dubuque; her nephew TJ Jacobs (Jennifer); her niece Chris Morris (Eddie); her sisters-in-law, AnnaMarie Jacobs and Joyce Sanders; her caregiver Chris; and her close friends, Sharon and Laura.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for St. Anthony Catholic Church and the Dubuque County Humane Society.
